Privacy Policy

Collinworks provides DIFFIVE without account registration. Versions with ads enabled use Google Mobile Ads to serve non-personalized ads only, with ad personalization and publisher first-party ID disabled, and do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. DIFFIVE does not use a third-party analytics SDK.
1. Information stored on your device
Completed puzzles, play time, favorites, world progress, official attempts, items, language, accessibility, and notification settings are stored on your device to provide app functionality. Deleting the app also deletes this local information.
2. Information processed by the service and advertising providers
To deliver content, synchronize completions, enforce official attempt limits, settle items, and provide rankings, the service may process a random app-generated installation ID, home time zone, puzzle, run and completion IDs, play time, result grade, hint and item use, attempts, and rewards. This data is not linked to a name or email.
In versions with ads enabled, Google and its partners may process approximate location inferred from an IP address, app- or device-scoped identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash, performance, and diagnostic information to serve ads, limit ad frequency, aggregate results, measure performance, and prevent abuse. DIFFIVE requests non-personalized ads only and disables ad personalization and publisher first-party ID.
Network and hosting providers may retain limited access logs such as IP address, request time, and technical client information for security and incident response.
3. Permissions
DIFFIVE does not request access to your camera, photos, contacts, microphone, or precise location. It does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission when ads are enabled. Notification permission is requested only after you enable Today’s 5 notifications in the app.
4. Purposes and service providers
Information is used for app functionality, synchronization, content delivery, serving non-personalized ads, frequency limiting, aggregation, performance measurement, abuse prevention, incident response, and support. Google and advertising partners, Cloudflare, and server or database hosting providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services. Collinworks does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Server records are retained while needed to provide and verify the service, or until service closure. Except where retention is legally required, verified deletion requests are completed within a reasonable period.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can disable notifications in iPhone or app settings. Where required by regional law, you can reopen the consent choices under Ad Privacy Options in the app settings to review or change your selection. To request deletion of server records, contact support with the Data Reference ID shown under Settings → App Information. It identifies an app installation, not your real-world identity.
7. Children’s privacy
DIFFIVE does not ask for a name, contact information, or date of birth. A parent or guardian may contact us with a question or deletion request.
