Privacy Policy

Collinworks provides DIFFIVE without account registration. The launch version contains no advertising, user tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.

1. Information stored on your device

Completed puzzles, play time, favorites, world progress, official attempts, items, language, accessibility, and notification settings are stored on your device to provide app functionality. Deleting the app also deletes this local information.

2. Information processed by the service

To deliver content, synchronize completions, enforce official attempt limits, settle items, and provide rankings, the service may process a random app-generated installation ID, home time zone, puzzle, run and completion IDs, play time, result grade, hint and item use, attempts, and rewards. This data is not linked to a name or email and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Network and hosting providers may retain limited access logs such as IP address, request time, and technical client information for security and incident response.

3. Permissions

DIFFIVE does not request access to your camera, photos, contacts, microphone, or precise location. Notification permission is requested only after you enable Today’s 5 notifications in the app.

4. Purposes and service providers

Information is used only for app functionality, synchronization, content delivery, abuse prevention, incident response, and support. Cloudflare and server or database hosting providers may process limited information as infrastructure providers. Collinworks does not sell personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

Server records are retained while needed to provide and verify the service, or until service closure. Except where retention is legally required, verified deletion requests are completed within a reasonable period.

6. Your choices and deletion requests

You can disable notifications in iPhone or app settings. To request deletion of server records, contact support with the Data Reference ID shown under Settings → App Information. It identifies an app installation, not your real-world identity.

7. Children’s privacy

DIFFIVE does not ask for a name, contact information, or date of birth. A parent or guardian may contact us with a question or deletion request.

8. Changes and contact
